What we collect to provide Wi-Fi: your device's hardware address, the access level granted, connection timestamps and, for visitors, the name and mobile number you enter. Member and hotel-guest checks are performed against the Rufescent account service and the hotel reservation system; no password is stored by this page. Visitor details are kept for 90 days and then deleted. Connection records are used to operate and secure the network and to meet legal obligations. Use of the network is subject to acceptable use: no unlawful activity, no interference with other users or the venue's systems. Contact: the Rufescent membership team.
